Classic Turning, Inc. has been manufacturing superior quality precision components for the aerospace, medical, military, precision industrial and high performance automotive industries since 1982. Classic Turning specializes in CNC turning and milling of complex and difficult to machine parts with very low tolerances. We also have extensive experience machining complex parts made of exotic metals such as titanium. Our staff of over 130 highly skilled employees have the knowledge, skill and experience to solve manufacturing problems and successfully machine those tough to produce parts that others cannot. We utilize state-of-the-art CNC lathes, mills, 5 axis machine centers and CNC Swiss machine centers to produce extremely complex parts with outstanding quality at competitive prices. All members of our customer service and production programming teams are journeymen machinists which allows us to quickly understand our customers' needs and set up a job for manufacturing allowing us to deliver More... parts to our customers with extremely short lead times. We are ASR certified with a quality management system in conformance with International Quality System Standards AS9100:2009 and ISO 9001:2008 and maintain an ITAR registration. Classic Turning recently acquired Great Lakes Metal finishing, a NADCAP certified metal finishing company which offers anodizing, passivation, black oxide and other metal finishing services. This acquisition allows us to provide parts complete service to our customers, retain control over outsource quality and further shorten lead and production times.
